下载翻译笔记，对照笔记听翻译精讲。前几年的精讲中翻译方法比较密集，建议认真听一遍，掌握基本的翻译思路和方法，知道面对一个句子时应该如何翻译。
复盘
- 借助词汇包，把翻译真题句子中的单词、词组和短语彻底掌握，背牢、背熟。
- 做过的真题，借助本页复盘，按照「拆分—翻译—重组」的思路，把每个句子完整地顺下来，熟悉其中的单词词义和翻译要点。
- 对具体的翻译方法和技巧不熟悉时，可以借助「翻译二刷复盘」有针对性地复习。
翻译能做到以上几点，问题就不大；其他的，看单词积累。翻译过程中的痛苦、绝望和无力感都是正常的。知道自己在做正确的事情，确保自己能把事情做对，其他的无需焦虑。

翻译要点
- share 后省略的宾语就是先行词 assumption；结合“共同持有一种看法”的语境，share 译为“认同”。
- 整个短定语从句前置到 assumption 之前，译为“我们都认同的假设”。

结构定位
两个破折号之间的同位语从句，具体说明 assumption 的内容；破折号标出完整的插入说明，因此可将这一层单独拆出。

翻译要点
- that 在从句中不作成分，而是引出 assumption 的具体内容；翻译时用破折号承接，不单独译出 that。
- because... 与 therefore... 构成因果关系，按汉语习惯配成“因为……所以……”，整个同位语从句译为“因为我们不是机器人，所以我们能掌控自己的想法”。
4and reveal its erroneous nature
结构定位
and 连接表语中的第二个动作 reveal...，与第一意群的 take... 并列；破折号内的同位语结束后，句子回到主干。

翻译要点
- take...and reveal... 是两个并列动作，翻译时用“并且”承接第二个动作。

结构定位
介词短语作方式状语，修饰前一意群的 sustain；主干已经出现，方式信息可以单独拆出，重组时放回动词之前。

翻译要点
- through 表示凭借的方式，alone 限定 the conscious mind，强调只依靠意识；中文将“仅仅通过意识”压缩为“仅凭意识”。

逗号后的主句，与前面的 while 让步从句形成“尽管……但是……”关系；冒号后的下一意群具体说明 question 的内容。

翻译要点
- in reality 与前文“维持错觉”形成语意转折，译为“事实上”；重组时在主句前补出“但是”，与 while 呼应。
- be faced with 虽然形式上是被动结构，但属于固定搭配，中文直接用主动表达“面临”；are continually faced with a question 译为“会不断地面临一个问题”。
4Why cannot I make myself do this or achieve that?
结构定位
冒号引出的直接疑问句，具体说明前一意群中 a question 的内容；问号标志这一完整说明在此结束。

翻译要点
- make oneself do this 是“使役动词＋宾语＋动词原形”结构，顺译为“让自己做这个”；中文需要指明代词所指，将 this 译为“这件事”。

结构定位
承接前一意群的 rationalization，继续列出被合理化的内容；内部由 and 连接 the superiority... 和 the inferiority... 两个并列名词结构。

翻译要点
